Job summary

You will meet with clients regularly—virtually and on-site—to discuss priorities, tailor IT strategies, and lead quarterly reviews. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, present clear quotes, and visit clients as needed to strengthen ties. A supportive, community-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in account management, client/relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• Basic comfort with technology and understanding of hardware lifecycles, cloud basics, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, positive attitude, and organization.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and voice for assigned local clients with daily communication.
• Meet with clients virtually or on-site to discuss priorities and tailor IT strategies.
• Lead quarterly reviews to celebrate progress and identify new needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers for technical questions and quotes.
• Present quotes/recommendations for hardware, software, security, and cloud.
• Visit clients in-person periodically to strengthen relationships.
• Network at local events to grow connections.
• Track activities in the CRM to stay proactive.
• Collaborate with the team to improve client service.
