Pacific Office Automation is seeking Technical Account Managers to oversee an assigned portfolio of clients within our Managed IT Services division. You will work as a trusted advisor, aligning technology with business goals and driving IT strategy while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to maintain and evolve client environments in a fast-paced setting based in Beaverton, OR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, vCIO, IT Director, or senior IT consultant.
• Experience with IT budgeting, strategic planning, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and performing TBRs.
• ROI analysis and cost justification for IT investments.
• Translate complex tech concepts into business language.
• Knowledge of cloud, network, security, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong customer service mindset and client retention focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned client portfolio within Managed IT Services.
• Act as technical and consultative resource across teams.
• Align technology with business goals and drive IT strategy.
• Communicate proactively, plan effectively, and manage relationships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineers, Helpdesk, Onboarding, and Project Delivery.
