Village Media is expanding across East-Central Wisconsin with a local in-market Account Executive & Community Lead role covering Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Sheboygan. The position is full-time with a local hybrid setup, requiring daily territory travel and a driver’s license.

You will drive outbound B2B digital advertising sales and actively engage the community to grow brand and revenue. The compensation includes a $65,000 base salary, a $12,000 year-one guaranteed draw, and uncapped

Qualificações

• 2+ years of successful outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, SaaS preferred).
• Proven prospecting, needs analyses, and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound B2B media sales (70%): prospect, cold-call, present digital advertising packages, build a robust pipeline to meet quotas.
• Community ambassadorship & engagement (30%): represent Village Media at local events and drive partnerships.
