Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking staff to support the Pick & Prep area, providing hands-on product preparation and engaging guest interactions. You will showcase product benefits and drive sales through storytelling about Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal and Local items.

Responsibilities include operating the Pick & Prep station, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining merchandising and sanitation throughout the department. You will also handle receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.

• Proficiency in maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a department.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage guests through product preparation, sampling and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate superior guest service and storytelling about products.
• Demonstrate knife showmanship and services offered in Pick & Prep.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area according to merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising and guest service as needed.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
