Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives for our Cleveland team, serving businesses across the Akron area. You’ll work directly with business owners to review energy plans, present supplier options, and tailor solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll nurture existing relationships while growing a portfolio through renewals and referrals. Successful candidates enjoy a people-oriented role, with on-going training and clear paths to leadership as the company

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior knowledge and experience in the deregulated energy field.

Responsabilidades

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
