Universal Energy Solutions in Dallas is seeking full-time Client Retention Representatives to serve local businesses in the Greater Dallas area. You’ll engage with business owners to review energy plans, present competitive options, and tailor solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll build a book of business with recurring income from renewals, and there are pathways into leadership as the company expands into new markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
