Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Able to work independently in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courageously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and maintain customer records.
