KERO is seeking a driven Account Executive, Local in Bakersfield, CA to connect local businesses with audiences through a multi-platform advertising suite. You will sell TV airtime and digital marketing options, analyze needs, and craft customized campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales success, experience in strategic accounts and digital execution, and a strong communicator who can manage a dynamic sales funnel with CRM tools.

Competenze

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Generally 2+ years of proven sales success preferred.
• Experience in strategic account management, broadcast ratings and digital execution preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with company required limits.

Mansioni

• Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and agencies.
• Apply SSP to analyze needs and provide customized advertising solutions.
• Facilitate digital marketing options beyond TV airtime.
• Prospect, secure appointments, perform needs analysis, present and close sales.
• Use ratings data and market trends to negotiate rates and develop custom solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor, grow accounts, and secure referrals.
• Manage CRM and monitor KPIs; maintain accurate account activity.
