Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Lobby Ambassador for our San Jose, CA workplace. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and orientations, and coordinate with facilities to ensure seamless hospitality throughout the day.

The role requires HS diploma or GED and 2-3 years in customer service or hospitality, with strong communication skills. On-site schedule is M-F 8am-5pm, with a compensation range around $58,594 per year.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and guests, managing arrivals and orientations.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage with guests throughout the workplace.
• Be a resident expert on local dining, attractions, and events to enhance experiences.
• Coordinate with facilities teams to deliver hospitality-focused service.
• Provide meeting support, reception services, and personal assistance as needed.
