Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador on-site in San Francisco to be the first point of contact, delivering professional and personalized service to employees and visitors.

You will handle visitor registrations, coordinate with security, manage deliveries, and support workplace operations to create a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with visitor management systems.
• G-Suite experience; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Manage visitor registration using appropriate systems.
• Coordinate with security to enforce access control.
• Notify employees of arrivals and arrange escorts as needed.
• Answer and direct calls from the reception desk.
• Manage inbound deliveries and coordinate with mail services.
