Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to greet guests, support arrivals and departures, and ensure a hospitality-centered experience across multiple MA locations. You will coordinate with teams to deliver seamless guest services and build connections within the campus community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to travel 20-25% between MA locations.
• Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background.
• Excellent communication, professional spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and engage them warmly while assisting with arrivals, departures and orientations.
• Maintain visible engagement and coordinate site walks to minimize disruption in front lobby operations.
• Provide information, wayfinding, and proactive solutions; connect with internal teams for guest experiences.
• Collaborate with catering and facilities teams to prepare conference rooms and events.
• Act as central point of contact for campus information, building access and security protocols.
