Compass Group USA is hiring a Lobby Guest Service Agent in Goldman NYC to create a warm, professional welcome for visitors and clients. Located in the lobby, you will guide arrivals, assist with directions, and support meeting and event activities as part of a hospitality-focused team.

You will be the first contact, handle inquiries, and uphold security and courtesy standards while delivering outstanding guest service every day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff in the lobby.
• Direct visitors to appointments and meetings and assist during their stay.
• Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and coordinate with security as appropriate.
• Manage visitor processing in the internal system and ensure accurate documentation.
