Compass Group USA is seeking a Conference Center Receptionist in New York City to provide warm, professional guest service at the Goldman NYC site. You will be the first point of contact for clients, executives and staff, guiding visitors, assisting with meetings and coordinating with event teams.

The role supports on-site conference center operations, working with Coordinators, Catering, and A/V to ensure flawless event execution and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting visitors and directing to meetings.
• Ability to coordinate with Facilities Management and events.
• Comfort with on-floor conference room activities and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients with a smile and guide them to designated spaces.
• Direct and escort clients to meeting rooms and check room status.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and Conference Center team for event execution.
• Manage reservations, monitor start/end times, and communicate changes to staff.
