Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly greet guests, clients, vendors, tourists and tenants at the lobby and reception center, delivering a memorable experience every interaction.

You will act as a hospitality resource, memorize VIP profiles, and help escort guests while maintaining a professional, approachable demeanor and strong service standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all guests/visitors, ensure eye contact within 10 ft of entrances.
• Greeting internal and external clients with a smile, acknowledging them promptly, using the agreed welcome phrase.
• Work in tandem with team members and building personnel to ensure smooth transitions in the guest journey.
