Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Conference Center Receptionist for Goldman NYC. The Guest Service Agent will greet visitors, direct them to meeting rooms and support guests during their stay with a warm, professional demeanor.

Based at 200 West Client Center, the GSA is the first point of contact for clients and staff. They collaborate with event teams, facilities and catering to ensure smooth execution of conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly welcome and stand by as they access the floor.
• Direct and escort clients to designated meeting rooms.
• Monitor and maintain room appearance and coordinate with Facilities Management for spaces.
