Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and farewell customers entering and exiting the store.
• Open and close the store entrance door and maintain a clean, welcoming entry.
• Act as a concierge by providing directions and store information.
• Manage guest flow and communicate with store leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of store layout, product categories, and service offerings.
