Job summary

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing Representative II to join the Loans Enablement Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on client service, transactional support, and enhancing processing systems for high value transactions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience, brokerage processing and loan operations familiarity, plus strong communication and self-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
• Advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions.
