Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager - Loans Enablement to lead the Loans Enablement Operations in Houston, TX. You will drive client-centric processing excellence, oversee multiple teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality processing and service.

You will manage complex transaction workflows, recruit and develop staff, and implement continuous process improvements while balancing budgets and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a medium to large-sized team or multiple small Client Processing teams.
• Supports strategic pillars of client-centricity and operational efficiency.
• Handles client accounts, inquiries, transactional processing and problem resolution.
• Manages Client Processing activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals.
• Provides top-level support for external clients when issues are not resolved at lower levels.
• Ensures work volume meets standards and is well documented.
• Identifies and implements process improvements for stakeholders.
• Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, and supports professional growth.
• Contributes to budgets and planning; may develop business plans for team operations.
• May lead one or more Client Processing teams and contribute to team objectives.
