BNY is looking for a Specialist, Client Processing Representative II to lead the operations of a client processing support team in Boston. This role involves serving as the main contact for clients and ensuring efficient management of client accounts.

Qualifications

• High school or secondary education required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of technical and management experience preferred.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Demonstrated experience leading small‑to‑medium teams, providing work direction, training, quality review, and supervisory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a small‑to‑medium client processing support team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records.
• Handle complex client inquiries and requests.
• Work closely with technology and systems teams.
• Train staff in technical tools, skills, and specific client support activities.
• Allocate and check the work of other team members.
• Support the achievement of team objectives.
