Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manage moderate to complex external client issues and ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions.
• Solve complex problems by applying in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to support internal and external clients.
