Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, Client Processing Manager - Loans Enablement in Houston, TX. You will lead the client processing team within Loans Enablement Operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of client transactions and continuous improvement of processing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Typically 5-8 years of experience.
• Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in transaction processing systems and a keen ability to leverage technology for process improvements.
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred.
• Detail oriented; able to self-manage and prioritize.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client transactions within the Transaction Processing function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows and reduce risks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing and mentor junior teammates.
• Monitor transaction processing metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage with clients to resolve complex transaction-related issues and strengthen relationships.
• Drive process innovation by applying industry best practices.
