Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Operations to join the Loans Enablement Operations team in Pittsburgh. This role focuses on leading client transaction processing, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of hands-on experience in syndicated loans, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 5–8 years of related, hands-on experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Syndicated loan experience and familiarity with loans servicing desirable (ClearPar, LSTA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor transaction processing metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage with clients to resolve complex transaction-related issues and maintain relationships.
• Drive process innovation by applying industry best practices and technology.
