Job summary

Pacific BMW in Glendale is seeking a Courtesy Vehicle Representative for the Service Department. The role assists clients with obtaining a loaner car during service and liaises with guests to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include checking in vehicles, coordinating loaners, handling questions, and supporting the loaner fleet. A clean driving record and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Armenian language preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates urgency while following safe driving protocols.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer needs.
• Able to engage guests and personalize interactions.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Must have 3+ years with a US drivers license with no points.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and engage all guests visiting the dealership per Pacific BMW standards.
• Open and close agreements within management-defined time scope.
• Check in service lane vehicles and note any lot damage.
• Research idle-day vehicles and loan them out the same day.
• Assist with delivering vehicles to customers and parking loaner cars.
• Serve as the primary contact for guests with courtesy vehicles questions.
• Manage the greeter station to set a positive first impression.
• Handle lost and found items and arrange destruction when needed.
• Assist with loaner fleet rebalancing by locating vehicles across lots.
• Perform hourly parking lot checks and daily to-do lists.
• Use department software such as X-time, TSD, and Microsoft 365.
• Create and process repair orders for courtesy vehicles.
