The role involves contacting customers for payment arrangements, coordinating extensions, and keeping loan data up to date in our systems, with opportunities for growth in a stable, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience.
• 6 months collections experience (a plus).
• High School/GED preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration, building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in basic math to analyze data and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and assemble/verify loan documents.
• Handle all paperwork to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and extensions.
• Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to maintain continuity.
• Enter payments and update customer information in loan management software.
