Sun Loan Company is seeking a Loan Specialist to support the branch manager in maintaining a profitable, compliant office. You will process loan applications, assemble documents, and handle all paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include contacting customers about payment arrangements and extensions, and overseeing operations in the manager's absence. Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service, 6 months in collections, and strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in any field
• 6 months of collections experience is a plus
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently
• Assemble and verify loan documents to ensure regulatory compliance
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and extensions
• Close loans by ensuring all requirements are explained and documented
• Enter payments into loan management software and maintain notes
