Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field.
• 6 months Collections experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux and MS Office/Google Workspace; basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer relationship skills.
• Good math skills for loan calculations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in maintaining a profitable, compliant office.
• Process loan applications and assemble loan documents accurately.
• Make collection calls and arrange payment options with customers.
• Enter payments into loan management software.
• Keep loan files updated and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support office operations in the manager's absence.
