Qualifications

• 6 months collections experience is a plus.

• Demonstrates positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and assemble/verify loan documents.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and extensions.
• Oversee office operations in the manager's absence.
• Enter payments into loan management software and keep records current.
