Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field.
• 6 months Collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay outstanding amounts or arrange payments via phone or mail.
• Close loans by explaining all loan requirements to customers.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Use company tools to locate past-due customers and update records accurately.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications and maintain up-to-date customer information.
