Mariner Finance is seeking a results-driven sales associate for our Chesapeake-area branch. In this customer-facing role you will make outbound calls, qualify leads, present lending solutions, and help customers manage accounts while aiming to meet or exceed sales goals.

You will work from the office with a Monday–Friday schedule, receive company-provided leads, and be eligible for uncapped bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid time off.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Motivated to succeed in consumer finance.
• Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Must be able to obtain licenses required by the state.
• Preferred: 1 year outbound calling; lending experience; Bachelor's degree.
