Job summary

OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in Tampa, FL. You will help customers access friendly, fast, affordable financing while supporting branch goals.

You will engage customers across channels, present tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the life cycle, including collections when needed. A high school diploma is required; sales or customer service experience is preferred, with Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers during the loan process and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve targets with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
