OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing while delivering friendly service. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and guide clients through the process in a fast-paced environment.

On-site role in Michigan, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, and prior sales or customer service experience is valued for growth within the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple tasks while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process to present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections activities with compliance.
• Use phone, email, chat and systems to assist customers.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and contribute to branch success.
