OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to engage customers, present tailored financing solutions, and drive branch goals. This on-site role emphasizes empathetic service, timely loan processing, and adherence to regulatory requirements across the loan lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, Spanish bilingual skills, and experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Location: On site.
• The schedule is Monday-Friday with some extended hours and may include Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results toward goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan options.
