You will manage the loan lifecycle, engage customers across channels, and clearly educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, aligning with branch and individual goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
