Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing while delivering friendly, efficient service in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

You will handle loan life cycle, engage customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions, and collaborate with multiple departments to tailor solutions. A bilingual Spanish preference is noted; on-site hours may include extended days as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred; experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service is a plus.
• On-site location required; standard Monday–Friday schedule with possible extended hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements.
• Exceed customer expectations and drive branch and individual goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products; explain options clearly.
