The role emphasizes customer service, empathy, and teamwork in a competitive environment. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, and a High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our systems.
