OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with accessible financing solutions. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and guide clients through the lifecycle from application to funding.

The role offers growth opportunities within a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will multitask across channels and collaborate with teams to achieve branch goals, with on-site work and a schedule Mon–Fri, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
