Responsibilities

• Set up new retail loans to Core System and complete a quality control review of the file.
• Review and upload of loan related documentation to the document imaging system.
• Prompt response to internal and external loan inquiries including payments, due dates, history, and payoffs.
• Assist with sales, remittance, and reporting of secondary market loans.
• Review and process residential construction disbursements as requested.
• Process payments from escrow accounts and remit to the appropriate agency or company.
• Process mortgage discharges, paid notes, and terminate UCC’s.
