Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years loan servicing, loan quality, loan ops, and/or loan processing experience.
• BS degree in Finance or related field (preferred).
• Understanding of loan processing function and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Book new loans in the bank's core software with accuracy.
• Post transactions, resolve un-posted items, and process charge-offs.
• Assist with document management and record retention.
• Perform loan file maintenance, renewals, and updates.
• Provide customer service for payments, billing, and payoff quotes.
• Process collateral recordation and releases.
