Premier Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a detail-oriented loan documentation specialist. The role involves validating data from the loan origination system to the core accounting system for indirect and consumer single-collateral loans, and ensuring documents are complete and correctly classified.

You will participate in required training to stay current on procedures, engage in imaging workflows, and support timely loan setup and servicing.

• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, vendors, and customers; builds relationships.

• Exhibits a high level of accuracy and precision when reviewing or processing information.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including the ability to navigate standard office software is required.
• Basic understanding of banking concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validates loan data accuracy interfaced from the loan origination system to the core accounting system for indirect and consumer loans.
• Reviews documents to ensure signatures, terms, and pages are correct; resolves basic issues.
• Identifies and classifies document types within consumer loan packets using imaging software.
• Participates in required training to stay current on procedures, systems, and regulations.
• Monitors loan files and tasks to identify basic issues; escalates complex concerns as needed.
• Supports process improvements by identifying repetitive tasks and collaborating with other departments.
