• Identify and assign document types within loan packets using imaging software; categorize for imaging and retention.
• Participate in training to stay updated on procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor loan files to identify basic issues and escalate complex concerns to seniors.
• Assist process improvements by identifying repetitive tasks and using workflow tools.
