Responsibilities include resolving routine issues, supporting process improvements, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with loan documentation practices.

• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, vendors, and customers; builds relationships.

• Handles high volumes of data and transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Exhibits a high level of accuracy and precision when reviewing or processing information.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including the ability to navigate standard office software is required.
• Basic banking concepts understood is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validates loan data from origination system to core accounting system for indirect and consumer single-collateral loans.
• Reviews documents to ensure signatures present, terms match entries, and pages are complete.
• Independently resolves routine issues such as missing signatures and incorrect VIN.
• Identifies and assigns document types within consumer loan packets using imaging software.
• Reviews applications, disclosures, security agreements, and collateral documents for correct classification.
• Uses barcode generation or drag-and-drop tools to categorize documents for imaging and retention.
• Participates in training to maintain knowledge of loan documentation procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Completes annual in-person training and online courses to stay current on procedures and systems.
• Monitors loan files to proactively identify basic issues or discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Supports process improvements by identifying manual tasks and suggesting enhancements.
• Follows enterprise workflow tools and collaborates with other departments to complete tasks efficiently.
