First PREMIER Bank is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist in Sioux Falls, SD, to manage complex loan documents for real estate, commercial, and agricultural loans. The role involves verifying data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with multiple teams to maintain accuracy and timely processing.

The candidate will review collateral structures, transfer data to core systems, and troubleshoot issues within established guidelines.

• Conducts in-depth reviews of complex loan documents for completeness and accuracy, applying knowledge of collateral structures and lending regulations.
• Transfers finalized loan data into the core accounting system, ensuring consistency with lender instructions to prevent errors.
• Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex issues, coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Reviews non-automatable loan payments and follows procedures for accurate processing.
• Reviews exception and reconciliation reports for the full loan portfolio and coordinates with teams to fix data issues.
• Coordinates end-to-end processing of promotional mailing programs with eligibility checks and timely execution.
• Updates rate index values in loan document software weekly to reflect base rate changes for new originations.
