You will ensure accurate data entry, regulatory compliance, and precise document generation for multiple loan types.

In this role you will review advanced loan documents, reconcile data across systems, and coordinate promotional mailings and rate updates to reflect current lending base rates.

Aufgaben

• Enter borrower and loan information for consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture loans; ensure required fields are complete and documents meet guidelines.
• Review complex loan documents to confirm completeness and accuracy; apply knowledge of collateral structures and lending regulations.
• Transfer finalized loan data into core accounting system; verify lender instructions for consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex data issues; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Review non-automated loan payments (overpayments or special instructions) and determine handling per procedures.
• Review exception and reconciliation reports; collaborate to correct data issues and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end processing of promotional mailing programs; validate eligible customers and ensure correct loan setups.
• Update rate index values weekly in loan document software to reflect base rate changes and ensure new originations use the correct rate.
