Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Effectively prioritizes many responsibilities with high data volumes.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy in reviewing or processing information.
• Proficient with standard office software and computer literacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter loan information in the documentation system for various loan types.
• Review complex loan documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Transfer finalized data into the core accounting system and verify accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data issues with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Review payments requiring manual handling to ensure proper processing.
• Review exception and reconciliation reports and coordinate corrections.
• Coordinate end-to-end processing of promotional mailing programs.
• Update rate index values in loan document software to reflect base-rate changes.
