Responsibilities

• Enters borrower and loan data in the loan documentation system for various loan types.
• Reviews complex loan documents to ensure they are complete and compliant with regulations.
• Transfers finalized loan data to the core accounting system and verifies ledger accuracy.
• Resolves moderately complex data issues by coordinating with other departments.
• Reviews incoming loan payments that aren’t automated and handles special instructions.
• Monitors exception and reconciliation reports for the full loan portfolio to ensure accuracy.
• Manages end-to-end processing of promotional mailing programs and customer eligibility.
• Updates rate index values weekly in loan document software to reflect base rate changes.
