First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to manage complex loan documentation across real estate, commercial, and agricultural portfolios. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing within a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with lending teams and other departments, entering data, reviewing documents, and supporting end-to-end processing of loan files.

Responsabilidades

• Enter borrower and loan information for consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture loans.
• Ensure all fields are complete and documents comply with guidelines and regulations.
• Review complex loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Apply knowledge of collateral structures and lending regulations to document generation.
• Transfer loan data into core accounting system and review for consistency.
• Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Review loan payments not processable by automation and handle exceptions.
• Follow procedures to determine appropriate handling and processing.
