Responsibilities include contacting customers for payment arrangements, facilitating extensions, and helping drive growth through cross-selling of ancillary products.

Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field.
• 6 months Collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaborative.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic math for data analysis and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager with office operations and compliance.
• Process loan applications and verify documents.
• Contact customers for payment arrangements and extensions.
• Maintain accurate loan records and notes in the system.
• Cross-sell ancillary products where appropriate.
• Perform timely loan processing and data entry.
• Locate past-due customers using company tools.
