You will review loan applications, assemble and verify documents, and handle paperwork to maintain regulatory compliance while mitigating risk.

The role involves contacting customers about payments, arranging extensions, and maintaining accurate records to support office continuity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay amount due via phone or mail.
• Close loans by explaining all requirements.
• Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Use location services to locate past due customers.
• Ensure accurate processing of loan applications.
• Grow account by selling loans to customers.
• Sell ancillary products where applicable.
• Maintain loan documents per guidelines and laws.
• Prepare copies of financial and legal documents as requested.
• Enter payments into loan management software.
• Maintain notes on collections and extensions.
