Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a results-driven sales associate to join our customer-facing team. This role focuses on outbound calling, discovering customer needs, presenting lending solutions, and building lasting relationships while meeting individual and branch goals.

You will work in a fast-paced, coaching environment with provided leads, comprehensive training, and clear path for growth across 28 states and 500+ branches. Competitive base pay with uncapped bonuses and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Sustaining or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage and learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income information.
