The role offers a base pay plus uncapped incentive in a nationally-branded company with extensive branch support. You will engage customers, present options, and work toward branch performance goals while adhering to applicable laws and company policies.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Interest in the consumer finance industry.
• Able to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain any essential state licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and confidently.
• Educate customers on loan terms and requirements.
• Resolve account concerns and assist with payments.
• Maintain cash drawer responsibilities and daily deposits.
